SS Mobile Trolley designed for transferring sterile products under ISO Class 5 (Class 100) particle free work area. The work area is continuously supplied with positive pressure HEPA filtered recirculated/once through horizontal / vertical air Flow.

SS Mobile transfer trolley is used for the storage and the transfer of products that are sensitive to contamination, between two class A areas, and through a class C area. A laminar air flow class ISO 5 (NF, EN, ISO 14644-1) is blown horizontally from the blowing plenum, towards the loading door, thus swiping the area where the products are stored (shelves and trays), and maintaining a positive pressure within the transfer trolley greater than the pressure in the surrounding room, thus avoiding any cross contamination.

Operating Principles

The self-powered unit - by means of dry UPS battery - provides a laminar air flow of Class ISO 5 (NF, EN, ISO 14644-1) blown horizontally from the plenum towards the loading door, thus sweeping through the area where the products are stored (over the shelves and trays), maintaining a constant positive pressure within the transfer trolley, greater than the pressure in the surrounding area - thereby eliminating the possibility of any cross contamination.
